We sub-contract with nursing homes to run and operate their therapy department and become an integrated part of the nursing home in providing quality therapy care and driving positive financial outcomes. We staff the therapy department, provide and oversee the clinical care, drive revenue generating models, educate the therapy/facility staff on regulatory changes and manage the overall daily rehabilitation operations. They visit each facility on a regular basis to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and the continuation of our quality program. Each facility has a Director of Rehabilitation and core therapy team that become an integrated part of the facility.
